Earlier this month, Stef Thulie started as Technical Sales Manager. He joined the management team consisting of CEO Tom Paesmans and Operational Director Bart Demarsin. “Stef Thulie will play a leading role in the formulation and implementation of Elnor's overall vision and strategy,” says Tom Paesmans. “Stef will direct and manage the development and sales activities, which are closely linked by our customer-specific approach.”

Stef takes pride in bringing product development to new levels of precision, production efficiency, quality inspection and ease of assembly. He has a track record in setting up and shaping teams, including sales representatives and business development professionals.

Stef Thulie: "Elnor's enabling motor-related technologies are impressive and truly add value across markets. I see opportunities to further strengthen these in order to differentiate Elnor even more. Together with Tom and Bart, I will streamline development and sales processes to further increase product performance and quality. With the entire team, we aim to maximize customer satisfaction and gain additional market share, while further building on long-term customer relations."

"I like the varied tasks and responsibilities of my role at Elnor,” says Stef. “It entails technical and business aspects, interactions with customers and prospects, internal processes and collaborations, etc. I look forward to realizing new milestones while further building on the strong fundamentals of Elnor.”

“Besides my new job, I have a wife, a daughter and two sons. I enjoy traveling to Austria, Norway and Thailand with my family and there are more beautiful countries in our bucket list. Together with my daughter, I ride and care for horses as part of our activities in a horse club.”

The entire Elnor team wishes you great success, Stef!
