Our new Mazak CNC turning center has arrived

The installation of the new Mazak CNC turning center has been completed.

The system fully automatically machines motor parts including robotic loading and unloading by means of a Robojob turn assist. We are turning, milling and tapping with highest precisions in one go.

With the new machine setup, both electric motor quality and productivity are improved. Thanks to its integrated CMM and robotic (un)loading, the CNC turning center operates fully autonomously.

The automated system fits in Elnor's strategy to continuously improve production efficiency and capacity, while maintaining full motor design flexibility.
